Once a gift card has been activated and credited to your wallet, the transaction is final and non-refundable.
Fraudulent or unlawful use may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
Initiating a chargeback after funds have been credited may be considered fraudulent.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users subject to sanctions or listed on OFAC lists may not use the platform.
We may restrict access based on geographic or regulatory considerations.

Information on this platform does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or regulatory obligations.
We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control, including blockchain or internet outages.
You agree to indemnify the company against claims arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the company.
We may require government ID, biometric verification, and other documents to comply with AML laws.
We are not a bank or licensed money transmitter unless explicitly stated.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details.
